From hospital to home to living life independently, our mission is to close the gap between healthcare services for a healthier community. We strive to empower you to initiate fitness and improve management of chronic disease. 

We'll provide you with the exercise guidance and training to make fitness a healthy lifestyle change, in a safe and sustainable way.

With over 20 years of experience working as a Registered Kinesiologist in cardiac rehabilitation, ACSM Certified Exercise Specialist (CES) and CSEP Certified Exercise Physiologist (CEP) we are committed to helping individuals change their life from surviving a cardiac event to thriving!

We are passionate about heart health! Change is hard, especially changing fitness and risk factors, while living with chronic disease. What sets our hearts on fire is to help you realize your potential and keep you accountable to your goals! We are committed to making a community connection and a lasting impact on the health of Mississauga residents.

Research shows that exercise is a cost-effective way to prevent heart disease and lower risk for those with heart disease. According to the Canadian Kinesiology Alliance and Conference Board of Canada "If we were to decrease the number of inactive Canadians by even 10%, we'd see a 30% reduction in all-cause mortality and major savings in healthcare. It is estimated that more than 2.4 Billion or 3.7% of all healthcare costs are attributed to the direct cost of treating illness and disease due to physical inactivity."

According to the Public Health Association of Canada, "physical activity can help reduce the risk of over 25 chronic conditions". This includes heart disease, Canada's leading cause of death.
